Overview The Australian Training Awards are the peak, national awards for
vocational education and training, recognising innovation and excellence in the
training sector. The Australian Training Awards are the culmination of the state
and territory awards with winners from each state and territory competing in the
national finals. - Eleven categories will be presented at the 2011 Australian
Training Awards including five organisational categories: - Small Employer of
the Year ( PDF 123KB RTF 70KB ) - Employer of the Year ( PDF 135KB RTF 75KB ) -
Large Training Provider of the Year ( PDF 120KB RTF 73KB ) - Small Training
Provider of the Year ( PDF 120KB RTF 72KB ) - Industry Collaboration Award ( PDF
120KB RTF 68KB ) And six individual categories - Australian School-based
Apprentice of the Year ( PDF 72KB RTF 69KB ) - Vocational Student of the Year (
PDF 127KB RTF 75KB ) - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Student of the Year
( PDF 128KB RTF 82KB ) - Australian Apprentice (Trainee) of the Year ( PDF 127KB
