Overview The National Council on Science and Technology (CONACYT), Mexico, and
TWAS offer fellowships for scientists from developing countries (other than
Mexico) who wish to obtain a PhD in the natural sciences. Programme Details
1.TWAS-CONACYT Postgraduate Fellowships are tenable at eligible institutions of
higher education and research in Mexico for a period up to four years for
studies leading to a PhD degree in the natural sciences and related fields.
2.The academic year in Mexico usually begins in August of each year.
